This is my first experience using a meal prep service; was highly recommended by a friend. Meals are great, customer service is super responsive. Some staple meals, but mostly the menu rotates which makes the service/meals more enjoyable. Only critique is the app could be a bit more user friendly. Otherwise 5 stars all around; would highly recommended.
My husband and I are so impressed with the taste and quality of the meals! We love the variety offered each week. We have been buying the 10 meal packs, having a meal each, each week day for dinner, and we have found ourselves looking forward to the meal each day! The ordering process is very simple on an app, and you receive a notification when the new menu is released. We just placed our 4th week of the 10 meal subscription. Highly recommend!!
I have tried lots of meal kits / meal services in the past couple of years, some of which come premade and some of which give you the ingredients / recipes to make yourself. MyoMeals are SO much fresher and tastier than any other meal kit / meal service I’ve tried. As a household of two who prefers variety in our meals, we often found ourselves spending a ton of money at the grocery store and encountering a lot of waste, because the portions at the grocery are much larger than 2 people often need unless you meticulously make a plan to reuse the ingredients across multiple meals. MyoMeals has actually saved us money AND time in that regard, and has cut back significantly on our food waste. Their options and portion sizes are awesome, and even though they ARE nutritious / macro-friendly, they don’t taste “healthy” (i.e., bland, chalky, etc.), so they’re satisfying AND good for you. I have been telling everyone I know about these!
Myo Meals is a great local option for meal prep in Chicago. I’ve been using them for over a year and order from them every week. The food is healthy, delicious, and they change their menu each week so you’re not eating the same 4 or 5 meals over and over. I use to do my own meal prep for lunch for myself and my husband and it took half a day on the weekend. This service is so worth it to reclaim my weekends and have one less chore. I’ve tried a lot of the national meal prep services and they all tasted like a frozen TV dinner. Myo Meals tastes fresh and you can tell it’s quality.
I’ve done multiple meal preps and the quality, quantity and taste of Myo Meals is the best I’ve ever had. The chef cooking this food does not mess around and I enjoy the weekly selections.
